Doing science means working with the scientific method. If you need experiments so your kids/students can practice science performing cool lab activities you’ve come to the right place. Grab an experiment or two or three that include instructions and worksheets and in most cases a solution page. Sometimes you just need worksheets to practice concepts in science. You’ll find plenty of those here as well. Journaling about the process is also an important skill in nailing the scientific method. You’ll find journal pages and planners here too.

These pouches work really well with the Scotch laminating machines. They are available in different sizes but I like the 8,5 x 11 size for its value. I cut out smaller pieces and space them in the pouch. It requires a little more finesse to get it right but the result is worth it.
This cardstock has an excellent weight for bookmarks, flashcards or reusable worksheets. It works flawlessly with the Scotch laminator and laminating pouches.
I do write health related articles periodically. I love this scale because it easily calculates my weight as well as 14 other important measurements including body fat composition, bone mass and BMI. It has an app you can download on your smart phone. Because the scale has bluetooth technology, all of your measurements can be loaded in your phone using the app. You can track your body measurement changes over time. I also love the holding a baby mode capability which allows me to weigh my cats and other things. So I can use it as a tool when experimenting. It is an awesome body fat scale. It also has a blood pressure cuff, oximeter and TENS that can also hook up to the app. My husband and I use the blood pressure cuff as well. It also works like a charm.
